nowadays taking away wifi access or confiscating devices is more painful than caning

And not giving pocket money to them too. Youngsters nowadays only HP, computer and money r important

I feel teaching Kids abt some traditional things are still impt. So some strict enforcement on these may sometimes look harsh from others point of view.

Eg:
Meal times is always at dining table.
Use proper cutlery with table manners.
Greeting with at least a "hello" and bid farewell with "thanx and goodbye".
Reply to ppl without looking at hp.
Etc etc

I'm not a parent far from it. But from my observations when I was young comparing myself and my peers around me to now I see the kids around. I would say generally I really think girl is easier to teach and more guai. Boys are way more rowdy and playful they will try their luck way more.

From what I observed, with different perspective. Girls tend to know how to melt their parents hearts. So parents are more kind towards daughters so the friction is not much compared to relationship between parents and sons.
