lol you compare lowly men to what COA does. Where can brother? He's a board member of a government body while also holding one of the highest post in another government body.

You should be able to, however, I would consult your supervisor before starting one. Not sure about SAF, but in the SPF, it is allowed, as long as you get permission from your direct supervisor.
