Password manager to recommend?

Paiseh to say, I am the type that still generates my own passwords and then I’ll store them in a secret place haha. Thought of trying out a password manager to be more secure. Anyone can recommend one they’ve tried that is convenient, secure and can seamlessly work across all devices? Ok to pay but hopefully not too expensive.

If you’re an Apple iPhone user, use Apple’s own password manager (install iCloud on your windows computer).

If you’re a Google Android user, then just use Google’s own password manager (continue to use Google Chrome for your windows computer).
