Singaporeans are very practical.

Instead of wasting time with White Paper and another taskforce just do the practical thing. It's all about money right now.

Offer $1000 every month to a kid until he reaches 16 years old. Money stops if the kid drops out of school. Only local approved institutions allowed.

Full subsidy for school fees up to tertiary level.

Up to 75% subsidy for childcare up to $300.

That's all for a start. It's a lot of money but that's all Singapore has.
You will have extra 5000-10000 births yearly at least.

If government doesn't do it then its cos they want instant citizens right now plus all the advantages of a higher immediate population.

Paying alright. Just not in the way you imagined. Turning into a province of that country that must not be named.

$1000 per month only? Don't joke with such insulting low values.

More like $20k per month per child then talk.

Free education is fine, but our education is already very cheap now so it's not working that well.

No 1k per month please. Later some incompetent parents keep popping out babies for money. We end up with more social problems.
