Hello friends, a university student here doing my dissertation about the study of loot boxes and the effect it has on our buying behaviour. Would really appreciate it if you guys can take 5 mins of your time to help a fellow gamer out! :s12:

Done. I like how Overwatch does loot boxes - you can only get cosmetics and a bunch of other non-gameplay related things (sprays, animations, voice lines etc). Also you can get currency which lets you buy what you want without real money.
