Paypal Unauthorized Transactions.

So... I have a DBS card linked to my paypal and somehow my email got leaked and as you can guess from the title, the fella managed to get into my PayPal acc. he then proceeded to purchase things. the address which the items were sent to was a foreign address. how will PayPal / DBS handle this? will they refund me the money? also the seller was smart ( he withdrew the money -- may be afraid of charge back frauds)

I would call PayPal AND Dbs immediately.

This is how it is normally handled.

If you want more attention, you gotta make more noise and/or escalate it.
