PC auto shutdown and restarts with no error while playing games

[LixnelTan]

Hi, I have an issue where I play games like gta5, bf4, dying light and ark survival evolved, my PC would just automatically restart saying that the system was not shutdown cleanly. Sometimes it got worst, once I hit the main menu of a game, my PC would just restart with no error

My PC is close to 1 year old, no, it's just like a normal restart, there is no error message shown

A few Bros here also have issue with their seasonic PSU recently. Seasonic quality system lapses.

Did your cpu fan spin? If yes, do a paperclip test on your psu then.
