Pc boot for one second than shutdown

Hi can anyone can help me my pc can only boot for one second and it wil auto lose power and off.my friend help me assemble 3 months ago only all part still new.I tried taking out the gpu and ram and reconnect it but doesnt seems to work.It was working fine yst night than this morning suddenly have problem.

Sounds silly but check the motherboard 24pin connection to the power supplyHappened to me once. Turns out I didn't fully plug it into the power supply.

change the wall plug to other parts of your hse abd see.
