Did you watch the video? Ambient temps, test bench specs etc were clearly stated. Due to that, for the sake of argument, I added an additional 10 degrees which I already explained above.

The temps were nowhere close to 80 degrees even after adjustment has been taken into consideration after running handbrake on stock.

Ts mentioned rendering videos, so that is a fair judgement of the expected temps.

I have no idea what you're doing to stress your CPU such that it's running full load until it hits hgher the 80 degrees but if you're doing normal everyday stuff like rendering videos or gaming, that shouldn't happen.

Now i have some dilemma between choosing a used vega 56 or a 1070ti.
The vega 56 is cheaper, lesser warranty and seems to be quite dusty.
The 1070ti more ex, longer warranty but look relatively new.

Which would be a better choice? The price difference about $100 between them

case buy used case or go garage find one free

ddr3 works fine

not sure abt ddr4 but shld be ok so long 4.9 rating.
