pc build for work

Hello all,
can help suggest a pc build for work? mainly use photoshop illustrator and some 3d rendering work.
need monitor, speakers and wifi & os
no need keyboard mouse.

budget around 1.5 but prefer to be as cheap as possible
is it better to use ryzen or Intel in this scenario?

clo 3D seem to recommend a GTX 1060 equivalent card or better. both programs recommend i7 3.0ghz, so for the price of a current 6700K/7700K based system can try ryzen for cheaper, or more cores. couldn't hurt since 3Dmax (by default iirc) default renderers use CPU more. See what others recommend first.

EDIT: if you using custom render plugins must say. if it's a GPU-based renderer (e.g. Octane Render) it's better to get a better GPU than CPU.

For color critical work, your main concern when come to buying monitor is Delta E value < 3 and full 100% sRGB color reproduction.

Can consider Viewsonic vx2270smh or bigger size
