Pc build help

Hi all, hoping to get some advice for building my new pc. Won't be overclocking so not required. Mainly will use it for some gaming/web surfing and normal usage. Some experience I had with my previous build might help here.
CPU - i5 should be enough, mobo wise I prefer a not too basic one. My previous ASRock H81M-HDS, I felt it was kind of too basic.
GPU - something between the $200-300 range will do. Able to play overwatch in high res perhaps?
PSU - something that can support my pc still for the next 3-5yrs with upgrades here and there

My Budget is about 1.1k without monitors and misc stuff.

anyway whats your previous build spec?

base on your previous build your pc still able to play some of the current games, maybe just up your budget to 400 for gpu to get either GTX 1060 or RX480.

and maybe get a SSD along as well.

Thanks for replying, my current pc is still working fine, cant really recall the exact specs but i wont be upgrading from that current unit as i am leaving that at my parents place. I am looking to build a new one for my own home. Hope it helps.
