no need os monitor kb mouse speakers.

of course is cheap and gd, hope can keep below 500dollars.

Go sls and buy those pre-owned or leftover bulk systems from the 4th floor/5th floor back alley shops. Around $200 can get quite a decent system with windows.

Wd blue 500gb ~ $65 or Plextor m5s 128gb ssd ~ $139
Jonsbov2 + 300w psu ~ $99

actually can just use hddd right, since my mother always stream shows from funshion etc, hence i dont like the cached to be kept on ssd, whats the limiting factor here anw?

Then just use HDD. No point getting an ssd .
