i used the vortex 211p before. not much diff in performance to stock cooler. get those cheap hyper series will be good enuf.

for ssd, if wana save money, i suggest go for 128gb and use savings get second hdd for large files. ssd will be good enuf for OS and a few games.

since not OC, go for cheapest i5. u won't tell the difference for normal tasks. mobo depends but i like the asus bios. user friendly. if budget conscious then go for asrock.

win7 is an old os. so there's a lot of info on how to get it free. google it.

for gpu, amd will give better performance and cheaper but at the expense of higher temps and power consumption, if tat bothers u. go for at least 500w onwards.

HeadKiller from marketplace selling legit retail keys for about 40 bucks. you just need to make your own installation media using dvd or usb.
Any bros bought from headkiller can verify it's a legit retail key? Tempted to buy but sounds a bit too good to be true and also, his thread kena deleted :s22:

OK what, at least you are not using a Socket 478 or a Socket 754/939 machine. Any other games that you actually have in mind? Diablo III is actually not very CPU intensive, an Athlon II X2/C2D CPU can also run this game with relatively little performance loss, your Q9400 is still good for running Diablo III. At most just pop in a SSD, 4GB more RAM and a R7 260X and the upgraded rig can play Diablo III at max settings in 1080p, save lots of $$$.
