Pc cannot power on

Was using pc halfway and the screen went black and casing fan stopped spinning.

Turned main switch on again and pressed the casing power on button but nothing appear on screen. Casing fan doesn't spin too.

What is the likely problem?

I live in Ang Mo Kio. Any store/shop that I can can go to diagnose the problem? Need to use pc urgently. Thanks.
