PC can't boot up. Please advise!

When I power on my computer, fans etc are running, but it just won't load into the POST screen. It will just keep rebooting and rebooting. How could be the problems? Anyone can advise?

Check your ram. Take out all your ram stick & test one by one. One of your ram stick might have failed.

I took out 4 sticks and tried 1 by 1. However, still the same problem. I took out all my rams and graphics card, I tried to power on, how come there's no beep sound ?

Sometimes faulty hard disk will cause rebooting loop. Just disconnected the power to the hard disk and see if it boot to BIOS. By the way, in order for the system to boot, it must have at least 1 RAM module installed.

Seems your bios is damaged or corrupted. Take out. The CMOS battery and. Hopefully it will reset your Bios.

If all fails can only mean ur MB is fried.

1. remove all connectors except kb n mouse, eg: usb hdd, usb printer.
2. remove the cmos batt, wait for 15s b4 putting in back.
3. remove all pcie or pci card, retain pcie vga card unless ur mobo has onboard vga.
4. remove all rams, except 1 pcs.
5. boot up the system, then goto cmos gui.
6. wait for a min or so, see will it recycle or not.
7. if recycle, reboot into cmos gui and check ur cpu temp.
8. if temp is ok, probably ur mobo faulty or psu issue.

Processor and motherboard is the same.

PSU using seasonic 620w
Graphics card using powercolor 4870
Ram using 4x1gb Kingston VR
HDD using 2x1tb and 1x250gb

I removed all power to my 3 hdds and left 1 ram module to mb. I tried to power up but still face the same rebooting issue. Can't load into post screen.

Next it could be your PSU. My seasonic PSU 4-pin supply was faulty after less than 3 months. It turn on and off in every 3-5 seconds interval. If you have a spare PSU, can give it a try.

Not necessarily. Just like your room got light does not mean your fridge is working.

Your situation is better than my dad's. His PC could not power up at all. We changed the PSU. No effect. We thought the two PSUs are kaput but we used the paper-clip test to test them. They are fine. Then I changed the CMOS battery. Same thing. Thus, I concluded that the motherboard is really fried.

Yes the PSU fan was running but sytem kept alternate on and off. I confirmed the PSU fault with my spare PSU.

@providence,
If you check the capacitors on the motherboard, maybe some already have swell or burst top. If there is none, likehood the chipsets died. If you know how to solder, changing capacitor is straight forward. Can get from Sim Lim Tower for 50 cents each.

Jump start a PSU only partially verify its function.
This is usually when nothing happened upon pressing the power button on the casing.

I assume that you do not have a spare PSU. The culprit could be either the PSU or the motherboard. I would suggest you bring your system to the shop that you bought your system. Let them test the PSU and motherboard. Or if you stay near AMK Industrial Park I, then you bring your Seasonic PSU to Corbell and let them test. They replace mine with a new one since it's on 5 years warranty.
