My Seagate 1TB is newer than your WD. I partition to 3 logical drives. The boot up time getting longer. I bought a SK Hynix 1TB SSD for $155 from Amazon. During the data transfer, the old C drive died. High chance that your HDD isn't working right. Worse case, you can still use the 1TB SSD on your new system so it will not be wasted.

Alright! I'll try getting a new ssd and update you guys!

Edit:
Turned out to be a HDD issue! I tried plugged into my laptop hdd and it is working fine now!
Turns out both the spare hdd and my current hdd is dead.
Thanks all for the help, much appreciated!
