PC Can't Power Up

Let's hope it is the motherboard battery that is the cause of the problem. Or my dad will need to use Xbox 360 to play his favourite Command & Conquer game instead. Red Alert 3.

Hahahaha... My dad is already 64 years old and still plays computer games.

He started playing video games with me starting from the Micro Genius. Hahahaha...

He have played all the games in the Command & Conquer series. Even the Dune series.

Latest update:

I changed the motherboard battery but the PC still could not power up. LOL...

I guess my dad really needs to migrate to Xbox 360 after all.

You check if the motherboard has any bloated capacitor that look like those with red arrows.
