PC cleaner

Hi, is it essential to have PC cleaner or optimiser software like CCleaner ?

I am thinking of getting one and if there is a free one to be recommended then it will be great.

For most users, don't need as windows has it's own cleaner and uninstaller unless you are paticular
with cleaning pc, You can use ccleaner, it's free https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
