PC Died, need help replace/upgrade parts

Able to start PC but after a few mins, BSOD "NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE"
I dont know which component is more likely to be the one causing the issue but i suspect is the PSU or Motherboard faulty and i'm planning to replace either one of them/both of them.
Being a newbie at hardware, i will need some help here regarding the compatibility and recommended part to upgrade to.

You might want to try updating your drivers or reinstalling Windows first (after backing up your data).

try to clean install and update new driver for ur gpu.
