PC died

I havent fix up a new desktop in the last 6 years. Have no idea what to do next.
The casing fan and CPU heatsink fan are both busted.

I am just looking to replace the CPU heatsink fan and probably change the entire casing (keeping the PSU). Any shops or suggestions?

With a busted CPU fan and casing fan, I expect that the CPU is fried. Need to troubleshoot first to determine what components survived.

If you know how to fix it right in the past, then there is no problem.
As there is no change in your computer when you first DIY.

If there is nothing wrong with the system OS and other devices, leave it.
Just get a similar CPU and heatsink as older model are either cheap or resale market.

Maybe ascertain which part still working first? Title say PC died but content say only the fans died Like can it even power on at it current state
