Just finished building my PC and it successfully POST for the first time. So i switched it off by holding the power button and prepped my USB stick to install Windows, however, this time it does not start after i press the power button. I tried resetting CMOS and checked all cable connections to no avail.

- Clear CMOS and try again.
- If you have other GPU do try.

Just a tip instead of pressing down the power button to switch it off.
You can use Windows USB install, under repair your PC there is a option to turn off the PC properly.

Try shorting the power button pins on the motherboard, see if that works. I see Tecware case I scared already after the previous guy kena a faulty power button on a new Tecware case.
