PC does not boot

Hi all, I face this problem where my PC does not boot up at all when i press the power button. My monitor works but it shows ‘no signal’ and the fans on my pc spins for 2 seconds when I turn on the switch for my PC. However, nothing happens when I press the power button on my PC. Any help is much appreciated!

Suspect your PSU or something short-circuited, do a jump start as follow:

630W sound like a Thermaltake PSU. Start troubleshoot from psu with paperclip test and jump starting as jtjt00 suggested.
