PC does NOT post, reflects FF error

any suggestions on what to do?
my RIG is on the right.

tried taking out the CMOS battery and leaving the PC overnight (it's weeks now)
tried replacing the CMOS battery with a new one
tried taking out my RAM and testing piece by piece
all no go.

gonna try taking out my GFX and RAM again to clean the contact points.

the last time I remember my PC working... was before it BSOD (or I restarted it)
stopped working since then :/

is it time I upgrade? if yes, anyway to upgrade for less than $1000?

I also have a Plextor M5 Pro 128GB SDD and Windows 8 (have yet to install, bought the upgrade)

Hmm Usually for MSI Board with FF error seems to be either HDD failing or the board unable to Post.

hmmm... HDD failing would be quite a disaster... :/
though coincidentally the last thing I remember doing was running Defraggler...

Are u referring to clear CMOS jumper settings?

I have tried this... left it without battery for weeks :/ no go

U didn't even state whether can u powed up or stuck at post?

sorry. first time face such situation.
I bought the whole system in 2009.. I suppose there's no more warranty right from Corbell

EDIT: if not any recommendations on a reasonable and affordable replacement?
