PC double boot up problem

Hi guys, whenever i press the power button, the computer will boot up as usual with the MSI motherboard screen, the next instance it will reboot itself and show the screen again before proceeding on normally. The difference i felt with my pc after this situation happened was that loading on games and applications were slower.
I suspect that there is some problem with the mobo.
Help pls?

More likely is hard disk having bad sectors, use HDTune to do error scan.
