PC Dying - What's The Cause?

My PC started to randomly shut down by itself. Then it tries to reboot by itself, but fails,tries to reboot,fails,keep repeating. I keep hearing a clicking sound when it tries but fails to reboot. The only way to stop it is to switch off the power.

When I turn on the PC again after 30 seconds,it returns to normal and loads Windows successfully. No repair or disk checking message during Windows boot up.

Based on your experience, what's the problem? Is it PSU,GPU,MB or HDD dying?

I can't replicate the issue at repair shop because I don't know when the shut down will happen randomly. If it boots up successfully,technician tells me no problem.

Could be hard disk dying. Clicking sound come from mechanical components. Either HDD or any fans in your system.

Try power up your pc at another wall socket or maybe change your multi socket if you using one.

You have multiple problems. Clicking may mean bad hard disk.

Random shutdown may be malfunctioning main board and/or PSU.

i have the same problem. tested psu by itself no problem. turns out to be mobo
