Using Aorus elite ice b850M board.
Gigabyte control Center suddenly cannot detect my motherboard.

Any idea how to fix?
Also tried: signal rgb and openRGB.

not sure if it’s motherboard issue or something?

Go UEFI and see if you control the fans pwm. It’s at HWMonitor section. If can control. Means your application might be glitched. Use revo uninstaller to remove your gigabyte control center app and clear off unwanted registry. Then reboot. Reinstall your gigabyte control center app. Honestly I don’t even want to use the gigabyte app. I rather use this https://getfancontrol.com/

I think should be cable loose, there should be one connector to connect all fans rgb together one, should be located behind your case one.
Check ur motherboard the RGB connector also.
Should be these connector according to the manual

Thanks! Did a check a found that the cause should be due to damaged cable. Exposed connectors etc.

Just did a physical check, the rgb connector cable was damaged or broken. So think this is the main cause. I am abit scared to remove the gpu, psu myself for fear of damage, better let aftershock technicians handle lol.

Best is leave it to the technicians to do it, if you don't know how to remove the GPU cause it can damage the PCIE slot if not done correctly.

Ya that’s why let them do better. I will send it back when I return to sg.

The expose cable is audio wor.
Your Rgb cable looks correct maybe is the cable splitter loose.
Think just ask them to check.
