The differences between cheap and expensive are mainly noise and efficiency . Noctua fans are expensive for that reason.

You wouldn't want to hear three or five hairdryers at once right?

Jetflo is the most terrible fans in terms of noise.

White led is either corsair af120 140 series. Sp do not have leds.

As for other brands you have to import. Enermax cluster advance or bitfenix spectre pro white with white led. Pwm version. No need to look further. The moment you want white led it is very limited.

I need a 120mm 4pin PWM fan for heatsink duty, 1800-2000 rpm. No need for LEDs.

The CM Blademaster seems to be recommended by some at OCN, but can they be found in SLS? Yate Loons seem to be 3 pin only.

Mobo doesn't support DC voltage control for CPU header and the fan speed control is a mess. ----->

Can someone tell me how to adjust fan speeds? My fan speed have been very slow recently..

Your fan is the 3 pin or 4 pin type? If it is getting slower by the day, it might be a sign of a failing fan.
