Currently SB-E 3820 cost around 410 for CPU and haswell 4770k about 440. if you doing cpu intensive work. I think an extreme processor will be better and I don't see a cooling in your part listed about so I don't think you gonna overclock it?

yup dont plan for any overclocking.
hmm ok. but any estimated release date ? (saw some news stating Q3 2013? means is this quarter..)
should be getting these in a few weeks time. around mid aug.

or how is SB-E 3820 compared with haswell 4770k ?
will do some research on SB-E processor..
