PC for video editting

Dear All

I would like to ask for your opinions on the items I should look out for in setting up a PC for video and photo editing (main). Secondary, if I can play some games would be nice too, but no preference on it.

am doing the same looking at 3700x or 5600x . heard after effects is single cpu intensive so maybe leaning at the newer one
