Are you sure the PC from ITE Grad? From what I know ITE Grads highest rank to attain is only Specialist group. Requirement to be eligible for Officer route is only by having A Level/Local Diploma.(Subject to excellent performance in BMT)

Are you sure he is only an ITE cert holder when he became a PC? Because you need minimally A-Levels/Diploma/IB to be eligible for OCS. That one is non-negotiable.

Yup. Just asked and he confirmed that following his ITE, he went to SEG, Nanyang Poly. Thank you all.
