Pc iTunes cannot detect iphone12

anyone have success with backup to PC itunes for Iphone12 Pro ?

I had no issue with my old Iphone7plus but my new Iphone12 Pro cannot detect as a drive in Windows nor a phone in itune...

I cant back up my photos..

Try using another cable and another USB port.
Make sure iTunes is up to date

Previously backed up ipxs then to ip12pro..no issues

all the guide from apple support didnt work in windows 10..

I was trying to replace the driver but cannot find the driver in my c drive and also didnt work by right clicking and reinstall..

is it correct to be identify as MTP device?

sad case...am I forced to buy icloud storage just to back up my photos ??

iCloud photos sync is seamless.

Just buy one month then cancel it and downgrade when you are done.
