Recently has been playing games and will hang halfway. Below are the pics. Have delete the old driver and reinstalled, problems seem to go away for a while but now it happens again.:o

anyway, u can try these methods :

1) change to other cables and test.
2) if ur mobo have another pci slots for nvidia go try.
3) test it on a friend system or anyone u know.

but if still doesn't solve just send for repairs :s8:

take out GPU, bring to Corbell, show them the photo you linked in post #1, and then it's settled.

You said this happens while gaming. Either your GPU can't take it under load or your power supply can't supply properly under load. My advice is to use DDU and reinstall drivers. Then make sure power pins are connected properly. If none of these help, bring down to Corbell I guess.

would be good to have a spare PSU to check too, but from your 1st pic, looks more like gfx then psu.

do some self checks before you RMA your graphics card.

-check for loose cables(notably the "data" cable running from your pc to your monitor)
Push it in properly/harder

Turn of PC before you do these:
-Resit your graphics card properly(might as well clean the pins with IP-Alcohol)
-Resit RAM
-Check PSU Power cables to your graphics card

But chances are your graphic card has problems but better to do these than go all the way down to RMA and find out its fine.

It's also worth noting that you are running a low end PSU that is 620W for a 980ti. In other words, they may be not enough power or your PSU is struggling to give proper power to your GPU.

see source: http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm

Even though it says 600w is recommended, you still using a low end psu. It might be one of the problem since it only happens in game(heavy load on gpu)
