PC keep on restarting

Computer keep on restarting. - YouTube
I dont know what caused that pc to restart. I already clean the dust, plug out and plug in back the component (ram,gfx etc.) Cant even format my pc. The Optical drive power ON, but the disc didnt spin at all. Please help me):

Specs:
E6600
Asus Commando
1gb RAM
Seagate 650gb
Powercolor HD4850

Everytime when this type of problem arises, I will go check the PSU first.
Can be due to faulty or wearing out PSU.
Can also be due to all your components are drawing power exceeding your PSU capability.
Also check for any short-circuit.
If PSU is ok, then try to narrow down where is the fault to other components one by one.
I hope it helps.

Will do it once i download finish the ubuntu, and i'll get back to you. thanks btw :)

Done. Already burn the iso(ubuntu) to blank disc, insert it to my pc and it didnt worked ): the disc didnt even spin. Keep on booting and booting again.

everytime my computer spoil is the MTB capacitor bloated or the HDD uplorry

MTB capacitor spoil is keep rebooting until can't even switch on

HDD uplorry is bad sector then blue screen of death then cannot even detect the HDD

Got choose optical drive as first boot device?

Guess need send to expert to take a look le...

hi

ur comp just shut down suddenly without warning or hangs there then restart? happened to me twice and twice i had to rma my mobo

It's very high chance the hard disk is corrupted. To check whether it is hard disk problem, unplug the hard disk power or data cable and boot to BIOS. If it stays at BIOS without rebooting then it's hard disk problem. If the problem still persist, unplug the power switch on the motherboard and use a test pen to power up. If the problem goes away, your casing power switch is faulty. Hard to find casing power switch replacement. Just use the reset switch to power up your comp.

Already checked all the capacitor on the mobo, none of it bloated.
