Pc keep restarting without bsod
For TV, it should be the case. Years ago, for my Hitachi plasma TV, the technician changed the pcb board right on the spot.
4 years ago, for my Samsung LED TV, the technician changed the entire display panel right on the spot.
Both onsite servicing.
