Does the restarting still occur?
If no, PSU is at fault
If yes, mobo is at fault

it happened to me.
in end it is 1 strip of ram and my gpu faulty.
these 2 hardware when placed in another PC also cannot work.

So I rma'd the psu and the problem is gone now. Thanks to everybody for the help.![]()
