Pc problem help

Hi have 2 problems after fixing a diy pc. Other then that the pc works perfectly fine.

There is no power led light. I have check the power led connector for the chassis and it is connected correctly.

The top fan is not running. Only the rear fan and the front fan is turning. I have check and the 3 fan connector is already connected to the fan controller and the fan controller power already connects to psu le. Weird.

The chassis is the fractal design arc midi r2 and the motherboard is the MSI b85 g43 gaming.

1. Power indicator is 2 wire with one white and the other red or blue. The white cable goes to - pin while the colour one goes to + pin on motherboard.

2. Either fan or fan controller issue, swap around to test which is at fault.
