PC problem many many

1 : Sometimes when switch on , cpu will start up one time and restart itself immediately then it will go into BIOS which prompt me to load defaults before going into windows, afterwhich dates/times are reset.
2 : Sometimes while playing game, graphic card not detected thus window screen changed into another colour for awhile before it detects the graphic card.
Now : CPU can be on but monitor not responding .

Should i just go and DIy a new cpu + monitor
or
bring both cpu and monitor to shop and rectify the problem first ?

1. Change motherboard CR2032 battery. Buy from NTUC cheap cheap.

2. Either graphics card or monitor spoil liao. Test monitor with another PC or laptop.
