pc randomly freeze

Hello experts,

My PC randomly freezing recently, would like to ask here what you think is the issue.

Specs:
Mobo: Asrock B360M Pro4
CPU: i5-8400
Gpu: Gtx 1060
Ram: 32gb of 2 pairs of different brand
Psu: some 600w psu

What i tested:
- pluck out gpu, let it run but still freeze after sometime
- tested one ram stick at a time, test different slots.
- change bootdrive and OS.

Since the issue occurs randomly, was hard to test initially. Once freeze liao, the case the hard disk indicator got no more blinking lights. But after a week or 2, now it freezes before i even reach login page or shortly after awhile. (<30mins)

Moi suspect is the motherboard. But cannot confirm cos no extra mobo lying around. Bought this build around aug 2018.

P.S.: moi already buy new pc from invaderpc riaos, waiting for delivery nias. But now got this white elephant in my house

most of the time, randomly freeze happened due to PSU. cui liao, power output not stable and cannot support ur pc usage.

i think you should run some stress test for your system, you can use something like OCCT to stress test your CPU, GPU, PSU or the whole pc together. normally, if the part which had problem will just freeze/hang when you stress it for a while

Hard to tell , could be window/ SSD or ram. Need to check 1by 1

Try replace psu....it happened to me before....what gold what platinum also no use....if suay.....u could gotten a lemon psu

Since you already ordered a new computer, I won't bother with this 5 1/2 years old build. Just dismatle it, keep the cpu, gpu, rams etc for display and/or spare parts.
and discard the rest.
