PC refusal to turn on

Care to write down specifications of pc and age of individual components for members to analysis ?

Remove cmos battery clear cmos.

Try to power on with all ssd or hard drive disconnected. If it is ssd causing pc unable to boot up, reconnect ssd then turn on power to pc but do not boot up let pc standby for 2-3 hours then try to boot up.

Check cpu 8 pin connector in plugged to motherboard
