PC have doing random restarts with no signal showing on monitor at times. Sometimes it boots to desktop but most times it will boot loop.

Based on Event Viewer, reboots were due to kernel power but that doesn't help in the problem solving :(

I have removed and reconnected all cables but problem persisted. I'm tempted to bring it to SLS but where to go?

Can you check your power voltage in your bios and let us know the readings?

Look for the 12v, 5v and 3.3v readings.
