I got another PC that i didn't use for years. After the power supply went off and declared dead, I got a replacement due to warranty. But the cpu becomes slower than before. I only changed the power supply and other part didnt change anything. Any ideas which part dmg when power supply when off?

You never say PC specs then how to help?

Better go into your BIOS, make sure the settings are correct and the correct RAM size is reported
