PC starts but no display

Hi,
I started up my pc earlier and logged in normally, heard a soft poof then my monitor did not detect a display.
After rebooting, I can login normally Via keyboard and I hear the windows chime, but still no display.
Is my gpu dead? Gpu lights and fan running normally..

try changing your gpu to your onboard to test and see. else change cable/ports on your monitor and gpu to test.
