Hi fellow forumers,

Hope someone can help me out. My PC is unable to boot into BIOS (cpu fan & casing fans not running, power & hard disk LED lights not on). When I turn on the power supply, only the LED light from my video card is switched on. My setup is as below:

Newly bought items

(1) i5-6600K & Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 3
(2) Cooler Master Hyper 212X
(3) Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (4GB x 4) DDR4
(4) Fractal Design R5
(5) Superflower Leadex Platinum Modular 650W

Items transferred from my previous desktop

(6) Asus Turbo Geforce GTX970
(7) Samsung 840 EVO 500GB SSD
(8) Creative Soundblaster Z
(9) Hitachi 2TB Hard Disk
(10) LG Blu-Ray Rewriter

The items from my previous desktop are working as I had been backing up my files and even did some gaming before I installed them in my new desktop. Some of the things I tried to get my new setup to boot up:

(1) Checked all cables and connections are secure
(2) Use only 1 stick of RAM and tried all the RAM slots
(3) Use only the SSD and video card with 1 stick of RAM
(4) Only motherboard, CPU and 1 stick of RAM. The CPU fan doesn't run.

I'm planning to use the power supply from my previous desktop to try and see whether it will boot up.

Any other suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

Many Thanks!!!
