Not sure whether it's Psu issue. The motherboard LED lights are lit when the power is on.. Any experience bros can advise.

does sound like a psu issue, though be sure to disable any semi passive mode before powering on. can also do the paperclip test to be extra sure.

LED lights what color though? Maybe try reseat your rams?

Just did the paperclip test. Psu is working.

Removed my 4 sticks of ram and insert 1 by 1 in. Removed my Nvme as well. All unable to boot. Seems like it's motherboard liao...

Have you take out the CMOS battery and try again?
Have you tried using onboard graphics only for Intel.
Maybe motherboard so if under warranty you can bring to distro to check.

Interesting. Spotted the led indicators. But none light up.

Suspect the power button was spoilt. I also shorted the pins to boot. But cmi...

CPU rarely spoil except for AMD Ryzen.
I do encounter faulty AMD Ryzen before but even with a faulty CPU it will still boot.
Which generation is this CPU? Intel 8/9th gen?

personally dont think that ryzen is an exception, obtained dozens of them through the years and none of them have been faulty.

For my desktop, it's the ON/OFF switch causing it unable to power on, you can try short your motherboard ON/OFF pin to see if same problem as mine...until I buy another casing, I set the BIOS setting to power on automatically (casing switch still connected to motherboard ON/OFF pin) whenever I turn on power plug
