It's been a year since my last upgrade.

===> refer to my current specs.

Should i upgrade or wait longer?
If yes, which parts to change?

seems fine and no need to upgrade.

perhaps a bigger screen and graphics if you want to play new games at max settings.

Maybe your screen.

if you're fine playing games with your current GPU, nothing really much to change

If you are not gaming, I don't see any need to upgrade, but if you do, wait for RX 480 or GTX 1070 and get a better screen.

you can try waiting for the newer graphic card to come out which is the RX480. See the benchmarks and compare with NVidia's 10 series. But then, Cards will be cheaper as there's competition plus you can see the benchmarks and go for the one that fits your needs.

While waiting you can consider getting a bigger monitor(24-27" or bigger) since the newer cards has good fps on 1080p gaming

For those suggest to upgrade screen.

Does my current specs can get the max setting with the bigger screen?

Game played : Dota2, CSGO, Metal GS.

not sure for MGS but dota2 and CSGO should be capable at running max settings.

Screen size doesn't matter, it's only when you up your resolution that you need a more powerful GPU.

I feel for the games you play, there is no need to upgrade. The specs look pretty decent despite being more than a year.

not sure if you want to play triple-A games like gta 5 or newer ones....etc. But your current graphic card(gtx 950) is enough for a 1920x1080 23", 24" or 27" inch monitor.

I recommend 1080 24" monitor as 27" on 1920x1080 the ppi(pixels per inch) is a bit crappy(means you can see pixilation).

But if you gonna play newer triple-A games, you might want to upgrade your graphic card to like a 970, 1070, RX 480 depending on the prices.

note: 970 being the most cost to performance ratio. I recommend waiting though since AMD releasing rx 480 at low price which might spark price competition from NVidia

Your current monitor resolution: 1440 x 900. You really need to buy a new monitor tbh.

Get an IPS(great for casual gaming, rts, movies, pictures....etc). Great colors, viewing angles and ok response time. You don't need those 144hz monitor or TN panels unless you are into competitive FPS games.

You can consider a freesync(AMD cards) or G-sync(NVidia) monitor which will actually help make gaming experience smoother. But its a bit more pricey fyi.
