PC upgrading recommendations

Hi all! Just bought a new GPU and PSU recently, and would like to upgrade the remaining parts that are outdated.
Will be using this rig for watching shows, and play games like CS2, JRPGs (Peronsa, Trails), Spiderman.
Won't be doing any overclocking and I'm mainly looking at upgrading my CPU and MOBO. Not sure if my SSD/HDD/RAM/Monitors needs upgrading.

Budget will be around $1200!

i only just realised no one replied ...
imo if the user experience is still satisfactory to u, then there is no reason to upgrade. if hand itchy want to upgrade then bopian, minimally i would go for a good nvme which will be a good bit faster than ur sata ssds, though the ship for good nvme prices has already sailed. even though ur current system only supports up to pcie gen3, i still suggest getting gen4 drives since ur already eyeing a platform upgrade and gen4 support is mainstream nowadays, and theyre still reasonably priced.

Upgrade cpu ba, will get better 1% lows, but that means throw away ddr4 ram if going am5.

Maybe just upgrade to 13600k/14600k, can keep the ram
