PC wont boot

Hello, i just bought a new pc and everything was going going as planned.(able to boot, play games, watch shows etc) However, the next day(today), i tried to power it on again but my pc refuse to boot up. The LED light on the motherboard is lit up and i triple check all my connection.

PC Specs

CPU: i5-6600k
Motherboard: Asus Z170-K
Graphics card: MSI R9 390
Cooler: CoolerMaster Seidon 120V Plus
Power Supply: Seasonic 650W G series
Case: Corsair 300R

Any help is appreciated.

Since it is just bought, you could always go back for warranty or one to one exchange

That is what i want to do but the salesmen at SLS are claiming that "HDB has not enough power to boot my pc" and that my PSU is okay so they cant do ****

Do you have any spare PSU?

Take out the current one and put a spare one to check if it is really the case

unfortunately not.

But how do i know which PSU is for home usage and is it really true that HDB does not enough power to boot a 650W computer?

I don't think reputable SLS shops will do such thing.

Fuwell. Right now, my pc is with them for check again. The salesman specifically told me that if the PSU is okay, they cant do anything and its my HDB flat problem.

the PSU specs has the input/output voltage. first check out their input/output voltage for the PSU first. If i am not wrong, singapore HDB flats should be 220 - 240 volts AC.
Correct me if I am wrong.

FULLWELL should be fine as I have been buying their items for company. You can always check out those blacklisted shops at the level 1, if you are purchasing items from blacklisted shops

According to the manufacturer, the input is anywhere between 100-240V. The output is 650W as i am using a 650W power supply.

Yup i will definitely wait for their reply before making any rash purchases. Really annoyed at their service though.

When my pc was new also had the same problem. First 2 days no problem, then suddenly press on button nothing happen. Turned out was psu problem

i went down to convergent directly as it was nearer than sls. They tested and promptly replaced for me.
