What does premium refurbished mean?

Basically a fancy word for describing a broken discarded laptop that the user didnt want anymore that was repaired and cleaned up.

As long as supported by official brand warranty, I think it's still feasible to buy, especially so if the price is good

It is a Celeron with fixed MMC.
Worse is a 2 Core Celeron.

Its a used and old model so brand warranty is out of the qn. There is however local warranty.

Thing is, 2gb ram is practically almost unusable lol. Unless TS plans to use this laptop for VERY light browsing and a tiny bit of office use.

Agree with you. TS should get a laptop with better hardware. If TS on budget, can consider those premium refreshed model but must ensure warranty is from brand and not in house
