First you need let us know whats the part name? its just two fans lying down.

Erm its stated in the title.

Basically I need the red brackets. Its a fan bracket that lets you utilize the PCI mount on your mobo so that you can blow air at the GPU.

Based on my exhaustive search up and down SLS, all shops only sell those normal case fans of different sizes. You can try Chamoxa but if they don't have then noone there has it. Trust me, my tired legs can attest to that.

pretty useless, it cannot allow the cool air from outside to circulate inside.

Hmm, then what would you recommend to cool the gpu? I have two years warranty left for my gpu. Don't want to open up and void warranty.

you can mount the fan on the side panel to bring cool air in, if the casing does not have one, then you should cut one for a 120-140mm fan.

other than having a case which actually positions the gpu near intakes, i dont think you can have dedicated gpu cooling besides water cooling.

also, it's only good for the gpu if the fans blow fresh air from the bottom of the case to the gpu. if it's just blowing air from the case itself then i think minimal to zero difference.
