PDF in iBooks

Hi guys, I've a few documents that was opened in browser as PDF and having an option of saving in iBooks as PDF. Backed up my iPhone 5 in iOS 9.02 to iTunes then restored data back to my new iPhone 6s Plus, found that in iBooks all empty.... Those saved PDFs were not displayed.

Any bros/sis encountered these?
